Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds for paid ElevateU subscriptions.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@marshallridgeconsulting.in. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with ElevateU. You may request a refund of your first subscription payment within 7 (seven) days of that purchase, provided the paid features have been substantially unused during that period. Refunds for first purchases within this window are considered in good faith and granted at MarshallRidge Consulting Private Limited's reasonable discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available where:

  • the 7-day window from the first purchase has passed;
  • the paid features have been substantially used (for example, generating reports or extensive AI usage);
  • the subscription is a renewal rather than a first purchase;
  • the account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service; or
  • the request relates to partial, unused periods after a cancellation, since access continues until period end.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@marshallridgeconsulting.in from the email address associated with your account, including your name and the relevant order or payment details. We may ask for additional information to verify your request.

5. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within a reasonable period (commonly 5–10 business days), although the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Institutional and Annual Licences

Institution licences and annual plans may be governed by separate written terms agreed at the time of purchase. For questions about these, please contact our sales team at contact@marshallridgeconsulting.in.

7. Payment Partner

Payments and refunds are handled by our third-party payment partner. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of that payment partner. MarshallRidge Consulting Private Limited does not store your full card or banking details.

8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. This Policy is intended to operate in addition to, and not in derogation of, those rights.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
